It's good to talk.
If you live in North East Lincolnshire and are 16 years of age or older, you can access NHS North East Lincs Talking Therapies. Your GP can refer you or you can just self-refer online.
We offer talking therapies, like cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), counselling and guided self-help for mental health problems such as anxiety and depression. Find out more about how we can help you.
You need to be registered with a GP to get talking therapies on the NHS. If you're not registered with a GP, read about how to register with a GP surgery.
If you are looking for support for a child or young person, please visit our dedicated Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (Young Minds Matter) pages.

If you’d rather speak to another human being, you can also self-refer by calling (01472) 625100.
We’re open Monday to Friday from 9am until 8pm (closing at the earlier time of 5pm on Friday). But if you call us outside these hours, you can leave a voicemail and we’ll get back to you.
