We offer:

Due to the nature of the services we provide, there are some roles that have set locations such as inpatient settings, local PCN surgeries or therapy suites.

But, where possible, we’re pretty happy for you to work anytime, anywhere, as long as it works for our service users and the business.

We really want to help you get the best work life balance you can.

This means we have staff who work from home, out in our communities, from our garden centre, their local café (or ours) or any of our sites across North East Lincolnshire.

If you work from home, we’re here to make your space work for you supplying a desk, comfy chair and anything else our occupational health team think you need.

We work flexibly. And flexibility looks different to each member of staff. We obviously need to make sure the way we work fits around the needs of our service users and the business but we’re also open to compressed hours. It’s all about making it work better for you. And us. You just need to have that conversation.

Staff can work across any of our sites. But can also have a dedicated workspace. So you can find your convenient spot.

We’ve got a range of support to suit you and your mental, physical, financial and social health.

We offer free, confidential support from trained professionals via the 24/7 Confidential Careline offering access to counsellors and employee assistance programmes and the Humber and North Yorkshire Health and Care Partnership Resilience Hub.

Our in-house occupational health and wellbeing service offer a range of complementary therapies (Reiki, reflexology and massage), flu vaccination, support and an annual physical health check.

Our wellbeing group made up of colleagues from across the organisation have a real passion for wellbeing, helping to shape the support we offer and developing new initiatives.

They also run fun challenges and events.

Staff can enjoy free tea and coffee (because who doesn’t love a brew). And parking is free across all of our sites.

If you prefer two wheels instead of four, you’ll have access to our cycle to work scheme.

Every week, we give a shout out to all of our awesome colleagues, terrific teams, community champions, everyday heroes and fabulous folk.

And once a year, we hold our Staff Awards evening giving us all a chance to celebrate each other.

It’s really important to us that everyone who works here feels safe and confident to speak up. We can really learn and improve from those who do — whether that’s through our Freedom to Speak Up Guardian, our staff representatives, our engagement forums or by popping in for a catch up with the chief exec. Not only do our staff come up with some cracking ideas, they – alongside our service users – really work to continually develop our services.

As a thank you, we’re able to offer staff a choice of seasonal hampers or vouchers.

We have ongoing programmes of in-house training, leadership initiatives and individually tailored options based on what you need.

Money off, savings and perhaps the odd freebie!

You’ll get access to a whole range of discounts, benefits and perks through the NHS Discounts Scheme, Blue Light Card and Company Shop membership — from local eateries, gyms and retailers to national high street favourites.

You’ll also have access to Home Electronics, Computer Share and NHS Fleet Solutions Car schemes as well as affordable loans through ‘save as you earn’ TransaveUK Credit Union.

If you fancy a discounted break at the seaside, you’ll have access to our deluxe Thorpe Park caravan.

And, sometimes you can even bring your dog to work, too.

We’re really proud to be part of the local North East Lincolnshire community. And we want to be able to support you in doing your bit too.

That’s why we support every member of staff with volunteering when helping out your community and support organisations and initiatives that mean something to you.
