• May’s Membership Board meeting was chaired by Toby Ben-Babatunde on Wednesday 28th May. 30 members attended the meeting which was held via Microsoft Teams.

  • Fiona Parker provided an update on the planned pride celebration event, mentioning that it would be held on Monday, the 30th of June at Tukes Hub, Fiona said that the Pride Month celebration event would include showcasing talents and encouraged people to submit their talents for the event. Comms will be going out in the near future with further details.

  • 8 new staff members joined the membership and there were 5 staff leavers, bringing the number of staff members to 569.
    Community members remained the same as last month at 404, with 2 new members and 2 leavers.

  • There were 2 policies brought to this month’s membership board, they were the Employment and Social Inclusion Policy and the Naming Policy.

  • Jo Keen presented the updated Employment and Social Inclusion Policy, highlighting the changes and the alignment of various services under the Tukes umbrella. Jo explained that the policy refresh aligns all employment and social inclusion services, including the employment advisors within NHS talking therapies, the individual placement and support team (IPS), One Front Door and Safe Space.

  • Brad King presented a summary of the Naming Policy, outlining the process for naming rooms, buildings, sites, and services within Navigo. The policy aims to involve staff and community members in the naming process while ensuring consistency and protecting Navigo's reputation.

  • Cath McMain presented a paper on the annual Quality Account update, Cath mentioned that the document captures the investment Navigo has made in services and the team’s development. Highlights were the staff survey results and the spectacular result for CMHT (Community Mental Health Services).

  • In the spotlight this month focused on updates from the Crisis Team and Employment and Social inclusion services.
    Quarterly updates included overviews of Carers & Volunteers, the Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) and an update on the Grimsby Garden Centre.

  • The co-production team have now taken over interview panellists requests, these can be requested by completing a form on the rain meter, by going to Administrative>Request Interview Panel Member.
