- Membership Board meeting was held on 25th June, this was chaired by Toby Ben-Babatunde and 21 people attended.
- This month there were 9 staff members that joined the Staff membership and 3 staff leavers, bringing the total to 575. There were also 4 community membership applications that were approved by the board. Bringing the total to 408. Combined Staff and Community membership numbers are now at 983.
- Julie discussed a sponsorship request for the Unique Awards, celebrating children in care. The board approved a £150 sponsorship to cover the cost for all three age groups in a category.

Claire Bellamy provided updates on marketing and comms, Claire reported that they received over 44,000 unique users across all platforms in the last four months, averaging around 10,000 users per month. This indicates strong web traffic and engagement with a 12.7% increase in total social media postings and over 120,000 impressions across their 15 platforms. The team focused on positive, authentic content streams, which yielded excellent results.

Claire mentioned that CAMS-Care UK is getting a new website, developed in collaboration with an external company, Laser Red. The new website is much needed as the old one is outdated and broken, also discussed was the children's residential project, including a resident consultation in March and a staff recruitment event in May.

Claire provided an update on the intranet project, now named "The Dock," which was voted for by Navigo staff members, with a proposed launch date of November 2025. The project is nearing the completion of the discovery phase, moving forward with the build and content creation.

Julie updated the board on the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system and explained that the CRM system will help manage membership engagement and Co-production, allowing for better tracking and management of membership activities and engagement.

Cath McMain provided an update on the quality accounts, noting that the ICB had given positive feedback, particularly highlighting the safe, learning, and collaborative aspects of Navigo’s work. The quality accounts were scheduled for publication on Monday 30th June 2025.

Toby discussed the BAME (Black, Asian, Minority, Ethnic) network meeting, highlighting the hate crime awareness session, the "See Me First" campaign, and the formation of a subcommittee to promote positive culture and practice.

Fiona updated on the Co production training, interview panellist training, and the upcoming Pride event. She encouraged participation in the project of the year applications.

Julie provided an update on the AGM 2025, discussing that the food arrangements will be done in two sittings to avoid congestion, wrist bands will be given out on arrival to identify which sitting you are allocated, Sequioa will be doing the morning seminar, Toby and colleagues will be promoting diversity and inclusivity in the afternoon. There are efforts to increase community member participation at the AGM and Julie asked that we encourage as many community members as possible to attend. It will be live streamed.

Peter provided an update on the older people's mental health service, highlighting improved discharge processes on the ward, QI projects, and the preparation for AIMS (Abnormal Involuntary Movement Scale) re-accreditation supplied by the Royal College of Psychiatry. Peter mentioned that in June they had a mental health hospital manager attend Konar and they received good feedback from them about the compassionate care they provide.

Gill provided an update on the Gardiner Hill Foundation, discussing the sale of the caravan due to low usage, age and running costs, Caravan’s can be booked directly via Haven with Navigo service users receiving a ‘Love to Shop’ voucher for any bookings via Haven.

Gill mentioned that they will be signing people up at this year's AGM for Microhive (formally Pennies from Heaven) This is where staff can donate the pennies from their pay each month to the Gardiner Hill foundation, The maximum amount you can give is 99p from every payslip and whilst a small ask of each of us, together we can make a big difference.
Gill would like to thank all those that took part in the Grimsby 10k, the amount raised was more than £1,400.
