Navigo have received further recognition by Best Companies as an excellent place to work.
Best Companies recognise the top UK companies to work, with Navigo included as a top 100 large company, a top 50 Yorkshire and Humber company and sixth best health and social care company to work for.
The achievement reflects Navigo’s ongoing commitment to employee engagement and wellbeing.
Navigo Head of People and Organisational Development, Richard Watson, said: “It’s extremely pleasing to be included in three Best Companies lists.
“Not only does it illustrate how our staff feel about working at Navigo but it allows us to compare ourselves against other companies particularly other NHS and mental health trusts.”
