
Navigo has once again been recognised as one of the top healthcare providers in the country, achieving outstanding results in the latest NHS Staff Survey.
Across all NHS provider trusts and social enterprises nationwide, Navigo scored well above the mental health and learning disability sector average in all 7 People Promise survey themes, including staff morale, having a voice that counts, compassion and inclusivity.
Reflecting on the achievement, Navigo Chief Executive Simon Beeton said:

Key survey findings:
- 89.80% of staff said that the care of service users is Navigo’s number one priority.
- 92.02% of staff feel that their role makes a difference to service users
- 80.14% of staff agreed that if a friend or relative needed treatment they would be happy with the standard of care provided by Navigo – this was better than the average of 64.84% for other mental health and learning disability providers and the highest score received overall.
- Navigo scored above sector average in all 7 People Promise themes.
- 81.93% of staff said they would recommend Navigo as a great place to work
The NHS Staff Survey, the largest workforce survey in the world, provides over 1.2 million NHS employees across England and Wales with the opportunity to share anonymous feedback on their workplace and the quality of services provided.
