Navigo House is Navigo's main headquarters based in Grimsby Town centre. It is home to NHS North East Lincs Talking Therapies, Safespace and other clinical services, as well as our corporate services.

Parking: There is no service user car parking on site at Navigo House. Duchess Street Car Park on Duchess Street (DN32 0RH) is the closest car park for service user use. This is paid-for parking. The car park does not have a height restriction barrier.
There are also free one-hour parking bays along Brighowgate.
There are two disabled car parking spaces located in the vicinity of the taxi rank next door to Navigo House which may be used by service users. (SIZE?). The car park surface is tarmac. The route from these spaces to Navigo House entrance is accessible to a wheelchair user with assistance.
There is no designated drop-off point.
Visiting by public transport
By rail: Navigo House is a three-minute walk from Grimsby Town railway station. Take a left-turn out of the main station exit and pass through the car park. Walk over the level crossing and follow Brighowgate as it bends to the right. You will find Navigo House 50 metres down the road on your right.
By bus: Navigo House is a 10-minute walk away from Grimsby Town centre, which is served by many bus routes, including:

In addition to the above, Safespace is open every evening between 5.30PM and 11.30PM. This is based in the cafe.

The main entrance is located at the front of the building.
The reception desk is located through the main entrance and on the right-hand side of the foyer, approximately five metres into the building. The waiting area is straight in front of you as you enter the building, to the left of the reception area.

There are two roads to cross between Duchess Street Car Park and Navigo House: Wellowgate and Brighowgate. There are no pedestrian crosses.
The route from Duchess Street Car Park to the entrance to Navigo House is accessible to a wheelchair user with assistance. Assistance may be required because there are slopes or ramps.
There is a dropped kerb between the car park and the venue. The dropped kerb does not have tactile paving.
Lift: There is a lift available to service users, but this is accessible through two staff-only restricted doors.
Stairs: Access to the first floor via stairs is available through two staff-only restricted doors.
