NAViGO is providing dedicated support to a new North Lincolnshire ‘round the clock’ helpline.
Following the success of the 24/7 North East Lincolnshire support line, NAViGO’s dedicated and experienced mental health practitioners will now answer calls and offer immediate support or signposting to individuals in the neighbouring county.
Wendy Fisher, from Rotherham Doncaster and South Humber NHS Foundation Trust (RDaSH), which provides mental health services for North Lincolnshire residents, said: “We have called on the expertise of our NAViGO colleagues to help bolster the services we provide for local people who need mental health and wellbeing advice and support.”
Since launching at the start of the pandemic, the North East Lincolnshire support line has received over 4000 calls from individuals concerned about their, or a friend’s, mental health and wellbeing.
