Membership Board gives community and staff members to have their say on how Navigo services are operated and prioritised.
Service users, carers, staff and others with an interest in how local mental health services are delivered can share their opinions on what we're doing and how we're doing it.
With senior managers also in attendance – as well as all staff and community membership representatives – it allows an open discussion on the day-to-day running of Navigo, and facilitates a space to develop plans for the future.
