The first awards ceremony since 2023 — marking the return of an opportunity to recognise colleagues who have made a meaningful difference across services.

Nominations are now open
Nominations are now open to all staff - including Nurtrio staff working within Navigo.
There is no limit to the number of nominations you can make, but you must fill out a separate form for each one.
Judges will be looking for submissions that highlight how nominees uphold Navigo’s core values. Be sure to include clear examples and real stories that show the impact nominees have had on service users, carers and fellow colleagues.
Deadline for nominating: Wednesday 15 April 2026.
