LGBT+ group for 16 to 25-year-olds
Be your authentic self
The Inclusion group will be taking a break while we think about how we can make it the best it can be for young LGBT+ people and allies in North East Lincolnshire.
The last meeting before the break will be on Thursday 30 January 2025 between 4.30pm and 6.30pm at the Carers Support Service in Grimsby.
We appreciate your understanding and will keep you updated on Inclusion’s future.
You need a place to be your authentic self.
Inclusion is our weekly peer-to-peer group for young people who are members and allies of North East Lincolnshire’s LGBT+ community.
Life is challenging enough with the day-to-day pressure of college, work and family life, alongside trying to discover who you are. You need a place where you can meet others on a similar journey.
That’s why we’ve created Inclusion.
Based at The Attic on the top floor of the Carers’ Support Centre and open to those aged between 16 and 25 years old, it’s a safe space to meet others, make friends and take part in activities with like-minded people.
- Free entry
- Free refreshments
- Film, board game and craft nights
- Regular visiting speakers from around the community
- Signposting and support for anyone experiencing mental health difficulties
- Help shape local services to become more aware of LGBT+ issues
Find out when the next meeting is by going to our events calendar or email us to find out more information. See you there!
