The Navigo AGM Awards will be presented at our Annual General Meeting on Tuesday 24 September, 2024.
Please note the award criteria and details of who can nominate in the sections below. If you are eligible to nominate, you can nominate as many different people as you like, but please complete separate nomination forms.

Whether newly qualified or new to a post, a fresh perspective can bring great benefits to Navigo. Tell us about a colleague who has shown passion and drive to a team or department. Someone who, in the last 12 months has fitted in well, already made a difference and who inspires others around them.
Who can be nominated? Navigo or Nurtrio employees, new in post since April 2023

This award looks to celebrate all the amazing elements of our late colleague Annie Darby’s personality and spirit. Annie was a person who celebrated life and supported many marginalised groups in North East Lincolnshire.
The ‘Shine A Light’ Award wants you to shine a light on a staff member, volunteer, community member, service user or carer that has shown determination, love, kindness or has lifted someone’s spirit when they needed it.
Who can be nominated?: Navigo or Nurtrio employees, volunteers, community members, service users or carers
Who can nominate?: Community and staff members
Who will select the winner?: Community and staff membership representatives
The Star Individual Award aims to recognise outstanding contributions from a staff member who has consistently upheld the Navigo ethos in supporting service users with kindness, compassion and professionalism.
Who can be nominated? Navigo or Nurtrio individuals
Who can nominate? Community and staff members
Who will select the winner? The Chair, alongside community and staff membership representatives
The Star Team Award aims to recognise outstanding contributions from a staff team who have consistently upheld the Navigo ethos in supporting service users.
Who can be nominated?: Navigo or Nurtrio teams
Who can nominate?: Community and staff members
Who will select the winner?: The Chair, alongside community and staff membership representatives
Presented to individuals or teams who have made a real difference to the personal experiences of service users, carers or colleagues.
Who can be nominated?: Navigo or Nurtrio employees and teams
Who can nominate?: Community and staff members
Who will select the winner?: Community and staff membership representatives
This award will go to a volunteer who has supported someone within a Navigo or Nurtrio service.
Who can be nominated? Navigo volunteers
Who can nominate? Community members and staff members
Who will select the winner? Community and staff membership representatives
