The annual NAViGO Chair’s Awards will be presented at the NAViGO Annual General Meeting on Thursday 29 September 2022.
The award aims to recognise achievements over the last 12 months that have helped contribute to create a service that we would be happy for our own families to use.
Nominations can be made by any member of staff within NAViGO, including Nurtrio & bank staff. Bank staff must have worked for NAViGO within the last 12 months.
You are free to nominate as many different times as you wish, but please complete separate nomination forms.

The deadline for entries is Friday 9 September 2022.
Please note, NAViGO community members are unable to nominate someone for this award. Instead you should nominate for a Community Membership Award.
Which team has gone that extra step this year?
Nominate a team or service that deserves special recognition for their dedication and passion over the past 12 months.
Do you work with a rising star? Has your colleague slotted themselves straight into your team without fuss?
Nominate any staff members who have been at NAViGO for less than two years for this new award.
NAViGO is an outstanding organisation to work for – and that’s because of its outstanding people.
Nominate any staff member who has had a major impact on NAViGO. This could be someone who has transformed a service, worked inspirationally with service users, or gone above and beyond in another way.
NAViGO isn’t just about the staff – it’s about everyone else too.
Nominate for this new award by putting forward a service user, group, volunteer or carer who have done something terrific over the past 12 months.
