If you are looking for support for a child or young person, please visit our dedicated Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services pages.

We can all feel vulnerable from time to time — especially in the evenings.

Safespace is an out-of-hours cafe where you can get practical mental health support.

If you’re feeling low in the evenings, you can access Safespace and speak to fully-trained mental health professionals who will help you manage your wellbeing. It’s a judgement-free zone and we welcome those who are in need —whether that be due to loneliness, isolation or emotional vulnerability.

Safespace is open every night, but you must book a slot to attend. To book a session, call (01472) 256256 and select option 3 and speak to our crisis team.

Safespace is a former Navigo Project of the Year winner.
