Key workers, including NHS and care home staff, can get fast-tracked access to the 24/7 coronavirus support line.
We want to help you manage your own wellbeing, and equip you with the tools and coping mechanisms so you can continue to look after others.
We're on hand 24 hours a day to offer guidance on any pandemic-related anxiety you may be struggling with - inside or outside of the workplace.
Vicky, a nurse from the service, took some time to explain how their support can help you to cope with the pressures of working in environments transformed by COVID-19 and avoid the threat of burnout.
The support we offer doesn't need to be clinical - we just want people to get the right help at the right time.
All of our services are confidential. We know how hard it can be, as a healthcare professional, to ask for support. But be assured, any conversations with the team will go no further than they need to.
Thank you for all that you do.
