Contacting The Cedars
We are currently experiencing issues with our telephone lines and internet connection at The Cedars. If you need to contact one of our teams at this site please call (01472) 806800. We will update further as soon as the issue is resolved.
If you are in a mental health crisis or would like some support, we have professional support teams who are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week:
• Call the Single Point of Access on (01472) 256256 and select option three.
• If you don’t want to talk on the phone, we’ve also teamed up with Shout 85258 to provide specialist mental health support. Just text ORANGE to 85258. This is also a 24/7 service.
• Alternatively, you can call NHS 111 free from any landline or mobile phone.

Parking: There is service user and visitor car parking on site at The Cedars. This is available to the front and left-hand side of the building.
Please note, there is a vehicle registration system in place which scans vehicle registrations on entry and exit to the site. Visitors need to input their registration details at the front entrance to The Cedars after parking. If you experience any issues, please speak to a member of the reception team.
There are disabled car parking spaces located in the car park in front of and to the right of the entrance to The Cedars. The route from these spaces to the Tees House entrance is accessible to a wheelchair user with assistance.
There is a designated drop-off point in front of the building (????)

By rail: Grimsby Town is the nearest rail station to The Cedars, but this is a 40-minute walk from the site.
By bus: Diana, Princess of Wales Hospital is covered by the below bus routes, which stop outside the main hospital site:

From there, it is a five-minute walk to The Cedars.

The main entrance is located in the building on the right as you approach the site. The reception desk is located through the entrance and to the right, behind a hatch.
There is no waiting area at The Cedars, but reception staff are on hand to assist you.
