This free to attend event will focus on activities for self-help and actions we can take to maintain our mental wellbeing.
There will be a marketplace with stands for advice and information around mental health services and a variety of taster sessions from movement for mental health to joining in with the Bad Choir.
Across lunch there will be multi-cultural foods to try and some food vouchers will be available for people on low incomes.
The afternoon will consist of feedback of ‘one year on’ for the mental health strategy and a panel of experts for a question-and-answer session, in addition to a listening exercise for the mental health strategy going forward.
