This Mental Health Awareness Week, we’re encouraged to ‘Connect with Nature’.

According to the Mental Health Foundation’s research on the mental health impacts of the pandemic, it found that going for walks outside was one of our top coping strategies and 45% of us reported being in green spaces had been vital for our mental health.

So this week, we’re asking you to get outside and take a moment to switch off and focus on the nature around you.

From a patch of daisies on your daily walk, a cuppa in your garden or hike in the woods – nature is there to be enjoyed anytime by anyone.

So we’ve put together a handy guide to help you Connect with Nature...take a look!
