This year, we’re taking a fresh approach to our AGM awards by celebrating the outstanding contributions of our community and partners and the positive impact they’ve made to Navigo.
The Navigo Community Awards will be presented at our Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Wednesday 30 September 2026.
Please read the award criteria and details of who can nominate in the sections below.
If you are eligible to nominate, you can nominate as many different people as you like, but please complete separate nomination forms.
Please note you are unable to nominate Navigo staff.
The deadline for nominating is Friday 7 August 2026.
The categories:
This award recognises someone who has demonstrated long term dedication to Navigo. They have made a significant contribution over many years and their impact is widely recognised and lasting.
Who can be nominated? Community and Tukes members, service users, carers and volunteers

This award recognises a staff member from a partner organisation who has demonstrated outstanding commitment to working collaboratively with Navigo. They have built strong, respectful and productive relationships across teams, services or organisations and have shown a genuine commitment to shared goals and outcomes. Their collaboration has led to improved outcomes or innovation.

This award recognises an individual who consistently inspires and motivates those around them through their positive attitude, actions and behaviours. They lead by example, acts as a role model and have a positive impact on others.

This award looks to celebrate all the amazing elements of our late colleague Annie Darby’s personality and spirit. Annie was a person who celebrated life and supported many marginalised groups in North East Lincolnshire.
The ‘Shine A Light’ Award wants you to shine a light on someone that has shown determination, love, kindness or has lifted someone’s spirit when they needed it.

This award recognises someone who makes a meaningful contribution that often goes unnoticed. They demonstrate dedication without seeking recognition or reward and have shown sustained impact over time.

This award celebrates the invaluable contribution of our Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise (VCSE) partners and other community organisations that work alongside Navigo. These partnerships play a vital role in supporting people's wellbeing through a wide range of activities, services and opportunities, including community groups, sports and physical activity, carers' support, creative arts, social inclusion projects and wellness initiatives.
Who can be nominated? VSCE (Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise) groups
